Our Mission Statement

At the Future Young Leaders of America (FYLA), we aim to inspire the youth to not only pursue their long developed dreams, but to accomplish those dreams into reality. In an era where opportunities are limitless, FYLA strives to give realistic guidance and self-advancing challenges to our youth to build skills not taught in school education. Structured around one-to-one mentorships, and hands on experience through community service, we bridge an important pathway for the youth to develop a wider heart of compassion for their environment and surroundings. FYLA helps our youth to see beyond just the limited scope of the classroom setting, so symbolic of the way of thinking for many youth today. Instead, we strive to broaden their horizons to see a wider world of potentials beyond what they might have molded themselves in.
